David grew up in Albuquerque NM where his church supported the Christian Student Center. He arrived in Tucson by way of Oklahoma Christian University after graduating with a degree in Engineering Physics. As a grad student at the U of A, David was an active member of the campus ministry (Ambassadors 4 Christ). He has been a member of the Campus Ministry board serving in different capacities for the last 20+ years. He currently serves as board president. David met his wife Jessica during his graduate work while completing their PhDs. Together they have 4 kids. David loves being a dad. He also loves an excellent film, an evening of DnD, and an amazing traveling adventure.

Ken – Treasurer

Ken Glidden is the Dwell Campus Ministry Treasurer.  He grew up in Vermont and studied at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he graduated with a Finance degree and then joined Raytheon.  He soon relocated to Tucson, Arizona and received an MBA from the University of Arizona while working at Raytheon Missile Systems.  Ken and his wife Jennifer regularly attended the Mt. Avenue Church of Christ until they moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2008.  He worked for Daimler Trucks North America there until 2020 when they moved back to Tucson with their family shortly after their 3rd child was born.  He joined the Dwell board in 2023 and strongly believes in the Campus Ministry’s mission to bring Christ’s love and teaching to University of Arizona students.

Kara – Secretary

Kara Bass-Morgan is married to John Morgan. Together they have 6 adult children. She still hasn’t decided what to be when she grows up. Currently, she’s working as a children’s minister, after school teacher, homeschool teacher, and wrangler of monkeys. College ministry seemed like a natural progression

Marcus – Student Representative

Marcus Jones is a rising Junior at the University Of Arizona and Studying Arts, Media & Entertainment. He is a passionate Musician who loves everything music related. He joined Dwell because of its tight knit community and encouraging environment.
